Jelly Ayungo is an assistant Lecturer (librarian) at the Directorate of Library Services at the University of Dodoma, Tanzania. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Arts in Information Studies. Jelly teaches, researches, and consults on health information management, health records management, information literacy, and knowledge management.
